Important and easy to swallow
Have to take these for CKD. The prescribed ones are hard tablets and hard to swallow. I bought these because the capsules are easier to take. They have kept my bloodwork and kidney function where it should be, just as well as the prescribed version.

Mom uses this medication for her kidneys. Glad it’s available, since she had an insurance change it was hard to get. I also like they are caplets making it easier for her to swallow.

Makes no difference in performance
Can't tell a difference in muscle performance at all. At least it didn't hurt me. Those claiming a benefit, it's probably placebo effect.
