Good item.Sound is very good.Both mic works well.Sound is heavy.Bluetooth system&Sound is good from direct device.It is a good device with all functions working well.Very nice speaker but my suggestion is to have a charging setup for the mic instead of the mic so it starts charging as soon as the mic is placed in the speaker.

Microphones will not charge
I loved the product but after the microphone charge died it has not charged since then very upset about it.If it was for not for that I would say 5 starts and I cannot contact anyone to see if I am doing something wrong or not.
