It is a great product for the price and comes with a removable type c to usb A cable instead of type c ro type c. So we can use a normal 15w usb A out put charging adaptor instead of buying a new type C out put adaptor for specially this wireless charger

I ordered this twice. The first time it stopped working within 2 days. At the time it was within return window so I got a replacement for free. With this second device I was more careful and used to turn it off when not in use. This one lasted 3 weeks. Now since return window is closed I cannot ask for another replacement.I’ve used other products by Amazon basics and was quite happy but this product is worthless.It is cheap but it is going to cause you a lot of pain.The process to claim warranty also isn’t very clear.The instruction manual says 1year warranty but doesn’t mention how to claim it.

While convenient to carry, the item stopped functioning within 01 month of purchase.Presently, trying to find how to get it repaired under warrenty.

Phone connector ws not working than i ordered this item qnd its too good supports my phone . Charging time is moderate not too fast . But work well

Bad product, very slow charging… I purchased this for my iPhone 11 pro. It takes 1 and a half hours to get even to 50 - 60%. Not worth it. Instead invest in a good local apple charger at this price

I love this device. No more plugging and unplugging my phone and wearing out a charger cable wire. It may be a tad bit slower charging but not that it makes that big of a difference. It works great with my Otterbox. It’s very convenient to just lay the phone down and let it do its thing. It allows me to keep my charging port covered and clean with my Otterbox.
