Bought this head shaver in early December, 2022 and was very pleased with it to begin with as it gave a really close head shave. Unfortunately after 5 months (5th May, 2023), it stopped working. (I removed the blade unit to clean it and plugged in the base unit to recharge as usual. Whilst the base unit charged and was working ok, when I attached the blades unit to the base unit the blades stopped working and made a whining sound.}Wouldn't recommend it simply because it's lifespan was so short.UPDATEFollowing my review above, I was surprised to be contacted by the seller, Bazivve, who apologised for my experience with the faulty shaver and offered me a choice of a replacement shaver or a refund. As I had already obtained an alternative shaver, I opted for the refund which I promptly received back into my credit card account.Bazivve were exceptionally prompt in their responses to my emails and indeed I believe that I was just unfortunate in purchasing a faulty shaver from them. In view of such excellent customer service, I would have no hesitation in buying from them again and I have updated my rating of their service.

Haven't used the other attachments yet but the main shaver is almost as good as the Pitbull skull shaver in terms of closeness and very comfortable to use even with my arthritis so great value for money and even came fully charged and with next day delivery even in the Highlands I can't fault the seller. Well worth the 5 stars

Bought this product and it is absolute rubbish, cheap made in China garbage, stopped working after 2 weeks, the battery life is 3 minutes, cleaning is a nightmare, can't use it unless plugged into the socket, don't waste your money on this rubbish, try to send it back and the return window is " closed"

I brought this head shaver & I have tried to take the head panel out to change & it's just fallen apart. I was very annoyed with the product. However, I have emailed to the company and they have managed to solve the problem with ease. Brilliant customer service.

I loved this razor extremely close shave and easy to use and great when travelling, and the extra attachments are very useful, waterproof which is also ideal- unfortunately it has now stopped charging left all night and only lasted a matter of secondsCannot get in contact with seller - tried many different avenues. The razor is now completely broken - unable to charge at all.After 2 months of messages seller has replaced damaged item took som time but got there in the end. I will update review again in a months time to give time to see if shaver keeps on working.As already mentioned great shave just hope it lasts this time.

Bought this and was great for the first 2 months, then stopped working. Seemed to work when plugged into the mains via charger but that has now stopped. Wouldn’t buy again as lifespan is too short and I only got 30 days to return. …… Since this review, they have been in touch and sent a replacement. Great service and good communication

Nice selection of accessories and easy to clean, nose trimmer was surprisingly decent aswel, the only gripe I have is on the back of your head where its flat it will struggle to contact to the skin as of the shape of the foil heads, other than that it's great and even better if you use it wet

Also gut verpackt viel ZubehörAkku hält sehr lange 90% voll aufgeladen nach 4 mal kopfrasur immer noch 75%Das was ich als leider beurteilen muss ist das nach der Rasur ca 1mm stehen bleibt und auch nicht mehr wegzubekommen ist!Also eine Glatze kann man sich damit nicht rasieren wie beworben!Bin aber mit dem Gerät trotzdem zufrieden.

Multiple issues.First item- I got the razor and it worked great! I success used it twice and I really liked the shave I got from it. And then I had to charge it. I plugged it in and the indicator lit up… I thought all was well. Then when I went to use it, it wouldn’t turn on. I plugged it up again, screen lit up. I unplugged it to try to use it, dead again.I returned it through Amazon and got another hoping it was a fluke.Second Item - I got the razor and again, I liked it. I immediately checked to make sure it would charge, it did and I thought all was well. Then, the second time I went to use it, I heard a bizarre sound from inside the device. I removed the blade attachment to inspect it. As soon as the blade was removed a small metal piece and lots of clear plastic chunks fell out on my counter. Needless to say, a return has been initiated and I will not be trying a third time.Incredibly frustrating because I truly liked the product… but apparently it comes with a two shave limit before the awful workmanship self destructs. Avoid the hassle and buy a better product.
