Incorrect directions and slight damage
When reading the directions to assemble the coat rack, many of the images were objectively wrong. It took a few minutes to figure out what the correct way to assemble it was. It wasn’t too difficult, but the instructions did not help. Also, there was slight damage to a few of the pieces.

Re ordered and was completely different than the other one😡
This is my 3rd purchase. This item arrived and is so cheap. The base is laminate whereas the previous one had a stone base. The metal is cheap and flimsy. Not at all like my first purchase.

LOOKS GREAT IN OUR STORE!
This a great sturdy little display rack. It was super easy to assemble and the base is very stable. The base is formica/laminate in a black marble pattern. No one is going to think it is actual marble but it still looks great. The only thing I don't like is that I wish the gold knob parts were actual brass colored instead of painted gold so I'm taking off 1 star for that. Other than that, this thing is awesome!

Great makeshift closet for a very tiny bedroom

just right for limited space
I love my apartment, it's great for what I need but it is limited in space. this coat rack fits me perfectly as it doesn't take up a ton of room but it frees up space in my closet for other thingswill warn - the instructions suggest making sure all the poles point in different directions, which I understand. but coordinating two separates parts of the main pole to screw in a manner that leaves the hanging poles where you want? might need an advanced engineering degree for that
