Phonak Hearing Aid Closed Domes, Size Small (New Smokey Domes)

Just what I needed for my small ears. Very comfortable. Not easy to put on the aids a bit fiddly. Would buy again

It's possible these work for the tube devices, but they don't fit onto my RITC.

I ordered Small and that’s exactly what they are - measuring 5mm, possibly paediatric domes. My 8mm domes cause itching and occlusion particularly in my right ear so I was looking for something smaller. Unfortunately these, for me, although more comfortable created the dreaded ‘feedback’ whine so my search continues…..

The smaller domes fit my ear better ,so am glad to have found them

I recently started wearing 2 Phonak V90-312T hearing aids . my left ear has a narrow canal and the 'Stock Domes' are too large & painful . These 'Small Domes' are as small as they can be & still fit over the 'speaker' . They are a snug fit in my left ear & the pain is diminishing ( 'sonly been a week !:o) I may consider buying some 'Medium Domes' for my right ear as the 'Small' occasionally work their way out during the day . The seller was fast & fair ... this product is exactly the same style & model number that are listed in the Phonak parts list .

For those who wear hearing aids and have small ear canals, these work great. I have used the open and the closed. I learned that the closed forces all the noise to be processed by the hearing aid which helps with clarity. The open allows sound in naturally to your ear at the same time as the hearing aid. It really depends on your personal needs on whether to use closed or open. This brand is great and durable.

I compared the size to mine. This is REALLY small. I have a small ear canal (I am only 5'0 and have small ears.) It is super snug on the receiver. Once you get it in the receiver constantly gives feedback. I tested talking, and I got constant ringing feedback from my hearing aid (which is audible to everyone). I had difficulty taking the dome off the receiver (it was tight). One person made a comment about it being the size for a doll, and he is right.
