Patisserie de Bain Bath Fancies Cherries & Berries 3pc Gift Set

I’ve previously tried the  Patisserie de Bain Bath Tartlette Duo, Cafe Paris Gift Set  and I wasn’t very impressed, but this Cherries and Berries set is a little nicer - they look more professionally made, and a little better quality.These little bath melts come in a beautifully designed box, very attractive so they make a nice little gift - however the price is a little too much for what they are, bath melts aren’t expensive to make and these are a little basic. The melts are handmade but lack any uniqueness so look a little mass-made, all three look the same except for different colored wire floral arrangements in different colors on the top. These melts are bath bombs but with shea butter and with a fruity scent, it’s hard to differentiate between the three different scents when they’re in the box and to me they’re not strong scented enough to notice during use or for the scent to linger on your skin after use - for the price I’d like a much stronger scent. The three melts include Cherry Bakewell, Country Fruits, and Strawberry Cupcake, once out the box you can just about smell the difference between them.During use the melts take a little time to dissolve fully, they sit on the bottom of the tub gently fizzing away but by the time the bath was full and I was ready to get in half the melt would still be left behind - I’d just crumble them up to speed things along, leaving a greasy residue on the hands due to all the shea butter used, it’d be nice if it devolved better on it’s own but it is reassuring to see so much oil from the skin-nourishing shea butter and oils in the bath melts. There was no strong scent or noticeably softness to my skin, but they were still nice to use.Their range is obviously going for ‘subtle’ and a quaint pretty look that makes them suitable for gifting - there’s a little bit of glitter in these melts but not so much to drive you round the bend finding glittery all over your bathroom, otherwise they’re lightly scented and have no color so subtle bath melts. I personally am a Lush girl, I want big bold scents and colors from my bath products, so these melts from Rose & Co are nice but still not really to my taste, although they would make a really nice gift for someone if willing to pay the premium price.

Alot smaller than I thought they would be but you won't find these cheaper any where else. Strong smelling and really beautifully made. I have bought another three in preparation for mother's day gifts as we buy for 4 mums in our house hold. Little bargains like this help a smaller budget.

They smell good and look really nice. The packing does make them look a little cheap though.

My wife said she was very disappointed at how small they are for the price and they didn't look nearly as nice as in the photograph, a bit squashed on the tops. She wouldn't want them again.

Great value, lovely scent. Would recommend as a little gift or a little treat for yourself

I bought this as a gift so can't say how they fare in the bath, but they certainly look and smell divine. The detail is lovely and I'd definitely purchase again as a gift. Small but beautiful.
