Can this be used on the mains so I don’t use the internal battery?

By using power direct it just keeps charging the battery the whole point is to have it without constant power the light lasts weeks unless you use it all night

It's as good as an old 60watt bulb

Does the light brightness have a "memory" or do you need to repeatedly tap for brightness each time you switch it on?

When I tap mine it comes on as white on full glow - you tap it to whatever mode you want

Can the colours be dimmed too or only white light?
