Bought replacement staples in case they were faulty but this did not make a difference. Contacted the seller and despite it being past the return date they replaced the item! Cannot fault the seller at all for their speedy resolution. Will be using the replacement this weekend - here’s hoping this one works! Would not hesitate to buy from this seller again due to their prompt and expedient customer service! UPDATE: used the replacement staple gun and it worked perfectly.
