The db method was easy to assemble and is easy to use. It came faster than expected. Once again, I am a happy customer.

A friend of mine urged me to get a resistance band I could take with me to stretch out my back when i travel. I ordered this one because it seemed thick and durable for someone who doesn't know what they're doing, and because it has a plastic clasp/connector so I can have it double as a luggage strap. Definitely not the intended use of this product, but want to be real about why I wanted this one. I like dual purpose travel items. The actual intended use of this is something you can put around you as use exercise with machines, but I'm not a workout person - I just stretch and use it in traditional band uses like Pilates. I feel like it has great stretch and good tension. I put it under my feet and was able to pull it up past my navel (3.5 feet? ish?) with one hand to snap the picture. Clasp works well. I don't have any negative feedback or cons - this is a pretty straightforward resistance band and I'm happy I ordered it!

I got he resistance band to go along with my machine for extra to my workout. It is a good band, however to adjust it as you want is quite difficult. That is about my only complaint. Otherwise, overall it is a great added bonus to your squats.

The band is strong, however the flimsy way they secure the band through the clips sucks. The band will slip out of the clip during exercise because only a rubber band secures it.

The band comes unsnapped every time you put pressure on it while going down.
