Can I add an additional camera to this? so that we can have another camera from a different angle?

There is no option to add another camera to the Group itself. Potentially you could add a 2nd camera to the PC you are using, and that would be selectable depending on the application you are using. Zoom and Teams both support 2nd cameras.

The blue light seems to be constantly on for our base unit meaning we can’t connect sound via it? Any idea what we need to do?

Disconnect everything and then reconnect and see if that helps - Make sure all connectors are correctly housed.

What is the difference between "single" and "videoconferencing system +10m cable" option. Just the 10m cables? Or does "single" only mean the camera?

The difference is 10 meter cable while single comes with 5 meter cable.

Does the system automatically pan and tilt towards the person who is talking?

No this functionality isn't' supported. To be honest it makes for a good demo but its not that practical in a live environment. The camera has to be moved by either the remote control of controls on the speaker mic device.
