So I usually make my birria homemade but it can be a lot of work. I was looking for something to make the process easier and this is perfect. I like that it had directions even for my instapot. It was perfect for tacos and the leftover juice was perfect for ramen. My family was happy! (I didn’t have any issues with salt like the other review, maybe they didn’t read the instructions.)

1/3 containers was busted
Inside of back age was covered in sauce that had busted open. Flimsy plastic container that was taped shut with packing tape.
