Works Great!!
We just used these on our trip to Italy to secure our zippered and overstuffed suitcases. For two weeks we had four different airline flights, boarded about 8 different trains and, although the suitcases did not break, I felt more comfortable with these straps attached. They were easy to install and SUPE EASY to tighten (unlike straps with latches). The velcro was so strong it was actually a bit difficult to remove. In addition, our luggage was super easy to spot when it came off the plane. Better than my colored shoe laces attached to the handles. I will use these every-time I travel going forward and would highly recommend to others.

Straps without plastic buckle to break
I purchased the straps to double wrap our suitcases while cruise/airline traveling. Other straps I tried had plastic buckles that were prone to bring unsnapped or broken while our cases were being handled. The velcro on these straps sit flat and lock down securely. Less chance for the suitcase to open up.
