Great item
This is a great training tool but it didn't work for me. I need something with a tether attached to it. I was too worried about dropping it to relax on my swing. I got the small and it fit pretty well; i'm 5'1' 114 lbs. The ball is well made and designed except for no tether. I returned the item. Thanks!
