Review: Robust , secure bolt - Used on conservatory UPVC doors. Well made locking bolt. Easy to install.
Review: Pretty good really. - The overall construction of this is solid with the exception of the lock barrel which is just OK. I bought mine to replace an identical one where the barrel fell apart after 4 to 5 years or so. It did it's job well up to then so I am reasonably happy and there aren't many alternatives out there anyway.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: FITTING INSTUCTIONS**
A: There is a small folded sheet of paper provided with the Fitting Instructions. It is inside a small polythene bag along with the screws and other metal fitments, in the small compartment at the back of the perspex packaging.

**Q: Can this be fitted on upvc patio door frame?**
A: Yes. That`s the short answer. I have fitted 2 to my Patio doors. Drill a 2mm pilot hole to ensure there is enough `meat`to screw into. Good Luck.

**Q: I would be looking at buying a quantity of these, are they all keyed alike or would I have to have all individual keys?**
A: Hi, I have 2 of these door bolt locks and they are keyed alike, the key of one will work on the other and vice versa. Hope you find this helpful 👍

**Q: Does the bolt spring back when you unlock it, or do you have to pull it out manually? Also, do you just push in to lock or do you have to use the key?**
A: You just push it in to lock it ie you don’t need the key. On unlocking the bolt springs out in theory: in practice, since my doors all seem to warp they do sometimes need a little help in the winter!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Yale push bolt
*by D***O on 18 September 2024*

Bought this to replace an identical lock. Literally was a swap over; the barrel lock had broken on the old lock. This was fitted in a matter of minutes and is working like a dream. The keys are universal and fit the lower lock at the bottom of the door too. Would buy again for sure!
