Absolutely in love with this hose!!! Its so easy to fit, and looks really snazzy!!! The stainless steel look is lovely and looks so much more expensive then what we paid. The 5 settings on the shower hose are great! Really love this shower, makes it a joy to shower!

Does what it says! Fit the old fixtures, went in easily. Like the other reviews say, it appears flimsy but seems to hold up nicely. Not sure about the spray head, there is not much use in one of the settings, just a slow trickle, others are ok, but not much pressure, someone I think mentioned a flow restrictor...could do without it if so.

arrived promptly, all parts present and correct, easy to connect to existing fittings (no plumbing skills required!), works fine, looks shiny and new.Very pleased at price compared with similar items in local DIY superstores.

The rail and fixings were as expected for the price. Very plasticky, but looks OK and will do the job.However, I was so disappointed with the shower / hose. The hose has a very short thread that its not that secure on the pump end. The hose has only a 1/4 " bore and so my electric shower had difficulty driving any decent amount of water through and in some shower head settings, the safety cut out stopped it completely. The shower head is absolutely useless. It looks pretty but the settings just don't do it for me. There seem to be just the outer rows (who uses that ever?), the centre jets or some fine spray (like you would use on a plant). On one setting, it just makes a noise and the low pressure safety cuts the shower. In the end I had to use my old hose and shower head and will no doubt do the same as others who have reviewed, buy a separate hose and shower head.This has been a poor buy and cannot recommend this model.

Quick delivery, sturdy, easy to install went straight in old holes due to the top bracket being adjustable took about 3 mins, the best shower I’ve had in my house, better than the Mira head that came with the shower. Very impressed!

The shower arrived early but in a bag attached to the box by post office. The box if you can call it that was completely destroyed .a lack of tape and packing was the problem . Inside the bag was an assortment of bits but no instructions ok not the end of the world but i still had to refer to the order to see how it went together. Now once installed i find the hose will not fit on to shower point . Replace hose with original now it works. The shower head has 5 modes ? Well mine onlyhas 4 still cant find number 5. The remaining 4 modes are ok i prefer the i call it fizzy water mode as i have no instructions to tell me what it is called. The shower head holder looks a bit flimsy and you can pull it down the tube with ease without pressing the release button. The soap dish is a nice touch even though it slides down the tube when tightened . The tube is the only metal in the whole shower everything else is plastic . I gave this 3 stars as there is not a 2 1/2 and 2 is too low .

East to install, Good for price.

Shower rail as described. Wanted a new rail as ours had broken. Didn't want to spend a lot as we are moving house. This ticked all the boxes and looks great and fixed into our existing holes in the wall.
