Disapointment
I am sorry I purchased this machine. Not that it doesn't work, because it does to a certain extent. It is it's size. it is miniscule. For an 85 year old , the keyboard is almost unusable. The content does not come up to my old one which sadly has worn out. This one wont as I cannot use it. E Cook

Very disappointed! Not at all up to expectations...does not do half as much as my old one...It cannot find many words..so quite useless.Screen far too small...Letter buttons too small, quite often you can hit the back button by mistake and have to start all over again!!!! Definately would NOT have bought if I had known.One good thing delivery service was excellent.
