I was lucky enough to be given a Charge 2 as a present but don't find silicone straps all that comfortable. So the hunt was on for a replacement. Having had a look at the pictures and other reviews of this strap I decided to buy it and I'm glad that I did. Fitbit should win an award for the way that straps can be changed on the Charge2. The strap utilises the clip system very well and the metal clip units attach with a satisfying click and don't move around. The strap itself is quite narrow but doesn't look out of place on my hairy man wrist and would also suit a lady wearing it. The leather of the strap is a nice thickness and the double loops after the buckle hold the strap flat so it doesn't flap about. This strap also gives the Charge2 a cool retro look, like an old led digital watch.

I've bought official straps and then cheaper straps in the past. Some of the cheaper straps are really bad as the fitting mechanism can be flimsy and the straps break quickly. I'm delighted with this strap as it's affordable and the quality is good. I've had it for a few months now and have no issues at all and it still looks as good as new.

Looks good on my Charge 2, and was easy to fit. Only just fitted so cannot comment on durability obviously.

Maybe I was expecting a lot for the price paid. Felt that the quality was not comparable to value, it is smart looking and comfortable, and test of time will justify price.

This strap looks like a definite improvement over the plastic one that came with the Fitbit and the many others that followed and broke after a few months. The connection to the watch is much more flexible. I would give it 5 stars but need more time to observe it's durability before doing so.
