Q: Would they withstand going through a car Wash?

I honestly don't know, I hand wash my car, but I cannot see why you cannot got through a car wash The stick on car good

Yes, they come with double sided 3m tape for a secure fitting.

Q: Does the sticker damage the car if I took the guard off?

I wouldn't think so if you did it carefully. If I want to remove anything "sticky" I apply a gentle heat (I.e.) using a hairdryer, but not too close. If it does leave any sticky residue, there are plenty of products on the market which will remove it. I use Autoglym Tar & Glue remover. DON'T use thinners or you most likely will damage your paintwork

Q: Fit Toyota avensis door

It's just a plastic sticky pad about five inches by one inch. Can't see why it wouldn't fit any car. Wouldn't trust the sticky pads though, they look like they won't last a day
