My cats favourite thing
I’ve always been looking around for something else my cat loves more then this cat soup.I’ve never found it.Value for money, well it’s expensive… very expensive.

I did add a bit of plain boiled rice but seeing her lick her bowl clean and the difference in her physical appearance was wonderful. Chunks of fish
Had to look after a rescue cat who had been so mistreated that eating was difficult after a lot of dental work due to abuse by former 'owners'. As the other furries are huge fans of all things Gourmet I thought this might be a life saver - which it really was. I had introduced her to their pate range but wanted to try something with texture yet nutritious and this ticked all the boxes. I did add a bit of plain boiled rice but seeing her lick her bowl clean and the difference in her physical appearance was wonderful. Chunks of fish, prawn (that went down well), veg, and the broth which she just lapped up - well worth the spend.

A tasty snack, so my cats say.
My two cats love this product, which I give to them on occasions if they've been good, or not. I buy all the different flavours. This one has pieces of tuna and one or two shrimps, in a broth, with some pink shavings which I take to be pre-formed crab claws (but I might be wrong). You don't get a whole lot of product in a pouch, but the ingredients look very good. They are real ingredients, unlike with cat foods which all look the same regardless of whether it is fish, meat or chicken.

Oh for some soup!
People used to laugh at me years ago when I used to make my two Oriental Cats Chicken and Vegetable Soup. One of my cats who was 21 years old and has just past two weeks ago, that's one of my cats who I ordered this food for! Given the chance both cats would prefer to live on this soup as opposed to any other cat food. The both cats could not get enough of it, the only problem I would be constantly bullied to keep feeding them at a minimum 4 sachets about 4 or 5 times a day, I would also have to supplement this with another expensive wet food and of course they had to have their dried food as well! If I could give this product 10 stars I would, if just behalf of my two cats!

Expensive but nice as a treat.
Expensive (the portions are half the size of a normal regular food pouch but costing getting on for twice as much) but nice as a treat. As the description says, it's a kind of a soup with whole pieces of fish and shellfish. When opening you really need to turn upside down and squeeze the whole pieces out from the bottom folds of the sachet before opening otherwise they will tend to get stuck there, and you may also need to use a scoop to get the last few bits out which can be a bit trick and messy.I find that the cats won't always polish off every last bit of the solids (for one thing some pieces are a bit too large), and there have been some pouches which seem to have been 'dud' and the cats just wouldn't touch it. I occasionally see this happen with regular cat food but have seen this a couple of times in a couple of boxes of this which seems quite a high 'failure rate'.I originally bought these as a tasty treat to which to add and thereby attempt to disguise a liquid medicine for one of my cats, a scheme which unfortunately didn't succeed, but I will probably still carry on buying this as an occasional treat.

I buy these regularly. Cat can't get enough of them.
My cat has mild CKD so I like to keep him on wet food to keep his moisture levels high. He is on renal food but also has these, as they don't have nasties in them (I did check with the vet, who feels they are fine to give). He loves them. They never get left unlike other foods he has. The chicken are his favourite, but he also occasionally has the chicken and veg and the chicken and white fish as a treat. These also do not upset his tummy, as his is sensitive to a lot of foods. Although expensive I will continue to buy as he will eat them and they seem to be helping his get enough liquid in his diet. And buying from Amazon usually work out cheaper than the supermarkets.

as in the advert they look like there's quite a big bowl full
My cat absolutely loves these so much in fact he purrs as I'm opening it, he would eat these all day if I let him, he seems to prefer the fish variety to the chicken. I think they are expensive for whats in them, as in the advert they look like there's quite a big bowl full. I think there should definitely be more in them or a bit less expensive. Even so I have just ordered more and with the Applaws wet pouches, I have one very healthy happy cat.
