Nice quality Eames (replica) for minimal means!!
This lounge chair and ottoman are practicality spot on! Of course, with it being a replica, you are not going to get the bells and whistles (flex from the shock mounts, overly luxe filling, removable cushions, double-sided veneer finish on shell) that come with the authentic version. Nonetheless, this is a very cost effective alternative.Shipping was impeccable! On time with no external damage to boxes (very surprising) nor internal damage as each item was packaged/wrapped very securely.I opted to use the installation video because I could see immediately that the provided instructions were a bit off base. The video was straight forward and easy to follow. I’m far from a novice in the DIY avenue so I didn’t have any issues along the way except for the right armrest which was a tad tricky to attach due to the low visibility of the screw holes and the mounting surface. Also, when setting up the ottoman, the rod connecting the foot mount to the bracket attached to the ottoman itself did detach with little effort when I noticed the ottoman moved or rather pivoted at this point. Which it isn’t suppose to do. I did see other individuals speak of this in the comments. I myself simply firmly reattached the rod to the bracket underneath the ottoman and aside from a very slight movement when sitting on the ottoman (which I don’t plan on doing), it is quite sturdy. Overall, the process took about 40-45 minutes. The lounger and ottoman are definitely quality and display that attention to detail was in mind during production. I’ve sat in an authentic Eames lounger my friend owned a few years back and forgot I “needed” one until I started renovating/designing my home. As you can see, the sitting area in my master bedroom’s corner has side chairs that are of the same style so it was a no brainer that I had to get this chair to compliment the space. Not willing to spend the big bucks for the authentic chair given the countless projects I’m working on with renovations and furnishing an entire home, this was the logical alternative.I purchased the upgraded leather and taller sized walnut version. I’m 6 ft. tall, 235lbs and I am able to find several sweet spots when I’m in the chair making the comfort level overall ideal for me. Albeit the chair is a little stiff right out of the box, it tends to soften up with regular usage. The leather is full grain as the description states and the finish of the walnut option is a beautiful matte finish against very smooth, bent plywood. It is quite appealing and eye catching. I’ve included pictures to show both a closeup of the grain of leather as well as the shell because I was unable to find anyone that posted them prior to my purchase so I hope it’s a good reference for those interested. Also, I included a picture of the shell of my side chair for the semi-glossy, oiled walnut finish comparison. My pictures also include two imperfections I noted in the inner portion of the chair underneath the leather that cause protrusions. The one located on the upper area of the chair is noticeable but does not affect comfort. The other is on the left armrest and does affect comfort a bit as it is a larger imperfection of which you can feel when placing your hand/arm across it. Although a replacement armrest was not provided per my request, the seller did counter with an adequate solution to this issue. All in all, I am satisfied with the lounge chair and ottoman and foresee myself being able to utilize both for years to come!!

Always wanted one of these chairs, and I wasn’t disappointed.
I am very pleased with this purchase. I have wanted an Eames style chair and ottoman for a while, they always seem so cool and comfortable. Was hesitant to purchase replica online but happy that I did. The chair was shipped quickly, packed nicely and arrived without damage. Assembled myself which took some time but I watched YouTube videos which was helpful. Agree with others comments about the 3 inch round hole on underside to disperse air from the cushion when you sit down. It makes a whooshing sound when sitting down and getting up that can be annoying. Higher density foam would have been nice. Leather is nice, has slight pebble texture which I appreciate. Based on reviews, I ordered the Tall. I’m not tall, but weight 220lbs. The chair and ottoman are very sturdy and have no problem supporting my weight. I would purchase this again.

Great build quality. Subpar foam
I have been a furniture manufacturer for 20 years. This product is very well made. Well packed. Slightly difficult to put together (for one person). Only downside is that the chair base has a 3 inch round hole to disperse air from the cushion when you sit down. What it does in practice, is to make a whooshing sound when sitting down and getting up. It's annoying and unnecessary. The fix would have been ton use higher density foam. That would have elevated the quality greatly. Live-able, but not great. Also, do not over-tighten the armrest screws or they will appear to poke through the arm cushion. Otherwise well designed and constructed.

Amazing Replica Chair with great customer support
I have been in love with the Eames chair but the price of the original is too much. After much research, I ended on buying this one. I upgraded to premium leather and tall built (I am 5.9) and highly recommend it. Its hard to beat the price for all grain leather and its is so soft and sturdy built. I reached out to the seller a couple of times and they have been responsive and very helpful. I highly recommend this chair.

Exc Quality Chair
The Genniys Eames replica chair is an excellent quality chair all around. Shipping was quick from this seller. Assembly wasn’t too bad…except the arms…as everyone has mentioned. I did it alone but it wasn’t easy. When you finally get one screw going…tighten it down all the way…this makes the second one much easier.

No surprises here, exactly as expected.
Admittedly I was _very_ reluctant to spring for this given many of the negative reviews that mentioned missing shipments, quality issues, etc.I can only say my personal experience was none of the above: The seller contacted me and explained I'd be receiving two shipments - indeed one came on a Thursday (the legs and mounting hardware) followed by a second box on Friday (the seat, backing and ottoman). All were defect-free and very reasonable quality. Most of the installation I didn't have difficulty with (even without bothering to look up the video).I say most -- there were two tricky bits:#1] The arm rests. It wasn't confusing so much as difficult to align.#2] Mounting the back to the seat. This was only because I didn't have a second person helping me out: holding the back in the right position while you thread a bolt or two in can be tricky.I wouldn't say assembly was any better or worse than something like an Ikea Kallax. It took me maybe 30 - 40 mins. With a second person I could have done it in half that. Most bolts can only fit in the areas they're designed for, the tooling was appropriate and fit the areas I needed to reach.Comfort: exactly the kind of give from the fabric and padding I would expect from a new chair - a bit firm but clear to me that it will soften a bit over time.Aesthetically it's fantastic: it really does give off that Eames look very effectively.
