Too large to swallow for someone who has difficulty swallowing tablets.
These capsules look to be of good quality, but they are very large and for anyone, like my husband who has difficulty swallowing tablets, these are too big for him.We've had to pierce a hole in them and squeeze out the liquid ubiquinol!

I’m taking COq 10 for post cancer fatigue.It’s a good product, however I’m using a different COQ10 for comparison, which seems to be better.

Especially anyone on statins
Ubiquinol is very much recommended for anyone who is taking statins, since amongst other bad things, statins deplete CoQ10. I do not take statins, but unbiquinol does increase available energy.

A true 'superpill'!
Fantastic product. Although they're a little on the large size, the softgels are easy to swallow. Do some research and you'll soon find out how important this substance is in releasing and regulating energy use within the body. You don't have any 'kick' or 'buzz' as you would with a caffeine or sugar based product - it's not a stimulant - but I definitely feel a drop in energy levels when I haven't taken one. Highly recommended.

Good value if a little bit large to swallow easily
Really good value in comparison to other brands, however I did find these quite large compared to other brands I've tried. Not sure I feel that different but time will tell.
