Review: Simple and brilliant - Product is brilliant and easy to install, comes with screws although there is sticky pads included for those like myself who are not good at DIY which can be used instead. I brought this as part of a bundle on desertcart prime which worked out alot cheaper, for those of you asking in regards to soap cartridges, you need either the Kleenex 6311 Hand Soap Cartridges or the Scott 6340 Foam Hand Wash Cartridges which can also be brought on desertcart. Both options are expensive, however you do get 6x1 litre cartridges, considering the current situation with COVID-19 and the increased price of hand washing products plus limits imposed in supermarkets, it works out cheaper in the long run and will last you a long while.

**Q: how can I order the cartridge, as did not see it was without one**
A: Search Amazon and order one. I did.

**Q: can i refill it using any liquid soap?**
A: yes, the soap dispenser is easy to refill. Officially, of course, only with the original refill kit. but can be done differently.

**Q: could anybody tell what the white bit plastic is for when fitting ?**
A: Hi thanks for the question. The white piece of plastic is the locking mechanism. You insert this plate into the gap at the foot of the dispenser before putting it on the wall. You then insert the metal key with two prongs into the two holes and push up releasing the locking mechanism and opening the dispenser.

**Q: Can you fill this with hand sanitiser?**
A: No, its not manually refillable it uses special soap cartridges. You can get hand sanitizer cartridges for this however they seem to be completely out of stock at the moment.

This looks ideal to me - but, bought as part of a birthday gift for my partially-disabled husband - have discovered he does not wish this item. What a pity. I shall try returning - as it has not even really been out of the box. Definitely our problem - and not Kimberly-Clark's. Sorry!
