Do you need to keep this in the fridge / freezer?

When opened, the individual trays have to be kept in the fridge and used within 48 hours (If my memory serves me correctly!) I store mine, when unopen, in a shady corner (I guess it wouldn't be a good idea to keep them in a conservatory, in the sun!) I bulk buy, so it takes about 3 months to use them up and they have all been fine. Hope that helps!
