Fantastic fix for deteriorating wheel leather
The leather on my Ram 1500's steering wheel was deteriorating really bad between the 11:00 & 1:00 position and I didn't want to use those cheap outer wrap covers that change the shape of the wheel or make it harder to grip. This was the perfect fix. Looks amazing and really makes it feel like I have a more modern, upscale vehicle grabbing the wheel. The only downside is that this was made for a thicker wheel so it had to overlap on the thinner Ram wheel. That means I didn't get those nice clean X's when sewing it. They are more odd diamond shapes. Still looks nice just not like a proper wrap. Also, be prepared to spend at least an hour or so doing this. It's a slow, precise process but most good things are.

Didn't fit well.
Didn't easily install on my vehicle. Too small, and the stitching holes didn't line up wellAnd I don't leave many bad reviews.

Protect your fingers during this process. You'll be keeping tension on the thread the whole time. I now have a bandaid on one of my fingers. Cut through me like a knife when I pulled a little too hard. The thread is super thick and strong and you have to keep it taught throughout the whole process. The needle is not pointy, so that you're not making holes and scratches in the leather as you go. But it slides underneath each stitch just fine. I think the directions were sufficient. You might wing it a little when you have to go around parts of your steering wheel but you'll figure it out. It's easy enough. However, it took me a solid hour to do. And it's 87° outside so, yay. But my steering wheel looks terrible without a cover. The winter is over so I had to switch out my fuzzy steering wheel cover for a more reasonable one. This is a high quality cover. I will recommend that you position it EXACTLY how you want it on your wheel before putting it on, because there's no moving it a hair to the left or right once it's on. You'll have to remove it and try again to adjust it. Super tight fit. Don't start threading it until it's perfect. And get a sun visor because black leather will get hot.

Not suitable for steering wheel with wide spokes.
What to say about the product: - natural soft leather pleasant to the touch; - not the best smell. Immediately it looked like a leather smell with a chemical smell from low-quality plastic, but soon this smell disappeared and I can’t say anything bad; - large needles, I think it would be convenient to work with these needles; - the threads seem to be strong in appearance, unfortunately I could not check for strength and durability; - It was not difficult to install the cover on the steering wheel. The cover is smaller than the steering wheel of my car, but the cover stretches well and I installed it without difficulty. But unfortunately that's where it all stopped. As you can see in the photo or in my video, the steering wheel of my Toyota Sienna 2022 has three rather wide spokes. By the way, my previous car Honda Odyssey 2017 also had similar wide spokes. I say this to the fact that, to a greater or lesser extent, the steering wheels of modern cars are similar. So if your steering wheel has similar spokes, you will not be able to install this cover. The reason is simple: it is not possible to thread the cover in these places. I am absolutely upset. My car has a good beautiful steering wheel, but it is thin and covered with I don’t know what, maybe it’s leather, maybe eco leather, but I don’t like it and it was a good idea for me to make an old-school leather braid. Unfortunately it didn't work out. I give it 4 stars because of the smell. Still, the smell was strange. But in conclusion, I want to say that this is a good option for a steering wheel with thin spokes.
