Bought this lamp for a present after I was given one earlier in the year. It’s one of the best presents I have been given. It gives a beautiful glow (not glare), and gives a great ambience. Great with dimmer switch, so you get just the right tone. Very stable, in fact quite substantially heavy. Well worth the price. Great buy.

I bought two of these lamps. My husband and I love them. They give off enough light for one of us to be able to read etc. at without disturbing eachother. They're very relaxing in the bedroom. They give a lovely warm glow in the room. The only negative is that I bought them on 6th of January and one of them stopped working on 13th May. I bought a few new bulbs mentioned on amazon and its working again. I would recommend buying some extra bulbs if you buy this lamp just to have them on hand.

This lamp is beautiful. Its dimmable, with a lovely warm relaxing glow. It's so heavy, but it's real salt!!! Absolutely beautiful! Great value for money. 5 ⭐ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ UPDATE: After being used for 3-4 hours per evening for 7 months, the bulb went. Really thought it would of lasted a bit longer. Taking one star off for this reason. I know that Amazon sell replacement bulbs, so will buy 3 or 4 in one go as I miss it in the evenings as it was such a lovely glow.

Never been particularly convinced on the alleged health benefits of salt lamps and to be honest I’m still not. If others feel these lamps align their chakras or purify the air etc then more power to them, but I’m not convinced at all. With that out the way I’ll take it for what it is. I like a low light overnight and have always found it helps me relax and gradually drift off to sleep. I’ve tried several different lights and lamps over the years but most don’t last, are too bright (LED lights do not help sleep or relaxation I’m afraid) or need recharging or new batteries regularly. After the most recent light gave up the ghost I took a chance on this as I’ve always liked the glow of salt lamps and this was reasonably priced with the added bonus of a dimmer switch. This lamp fits the bill perfectly. The lowest dimmer setting is perfect for a night light while giving the option for a brighter light for reading, getting up on dark mornings etc. The salt gives a pleasant pink/orange glow and even on full brightness the light isn’t harsh like LED or traditional lamps. Bulbs are easily replaceable. Lamp is sturdy. Overall for a night light/mood light this fits the bill perfectly and I would recommend highly. I don’t think given the use of an incandescent bulb that this is the most energy efficient form of lighting, however given it’s a small bulb with fairly low wattage I can’t imagine it will make a huge addition to the electricity bill.

I really fell in love with this product, so much so I purchased a second for the bedroom. When lit they give a beautiful orange / yellow glow that is just right i.e. neither too bright or too dim and if you need the light very low it is fitted with a dimmer switch. They look truly facinating when illuminated and given they are powered by a tiny "oven bulb", power usage is minimal and anyway well worth it! The theraputic properties are of course unproven, but I genuiinely believe it does lift ones spirits a little and certainly imparts a feeling of well being when sat for a time in the vicinty of one that has been on for a good while. Please be aware that although the weight of the product is clearly listed in the description it doesn't prepare one for just how heavy these are! Just realise they are a genuine hunk of rock and you might be better prepared. And one can also easily prove they are genuine rock salt by gently rubbing a moistened finger on it then taste it - salty!

Beautiful salt lamp, very heavy but gorgeous 😍 I love that it is dimable, on the lowest setting you can leave it on all night. Reasonably priced for the size.

delivered on the 24th January it stopped working on the 20th March, bought a new bulb but still not working clearly a faulty item. I wish I had read some of the reviews as it seems to be a problem a few people have experienced
