Breathe Right, Nasal Strips, Sm/Med, 30 Strips

Wasn't quite sure which size to order, but the small/medium strips are fine on my pretty average adult nose! Was slightly concerned about how my skin would react when I first used them as I have very sensitive skin and also suffer from eczema at times, but I used these every day for a month with no redness or irritation. They stayed stuck all night no problem, but are also fairly easy to remove - just lift both sides slowly and gently and it will peel off in a few seconds. But if you were to have a problem with it, I experimented and found that if you rub a bit of moisturiser underneath as you peel them off, they un-stick even more easily.Not sure whether or not they helped with my snoring, but usually suffering from a persistently stuffy nose at night it was wonderful lying down and being able to breath freely all the time! Also, being clear they really aren't all that noticeable when you wear them either - in fact my daughter didn't notice I had one on at first!All in all, these are very good - and I'm just about to order some more :)

My husband was a dreadful snorer but resolutely refused to do anything about it; he wouldn't see a doctor or try any sort of remedy. I tried sleeping in the spare room but it was too noisy, I moved into the garage but I could still hear him, brrrrr fwsssshhh all night. I even tried sleeping in the shed but to no avail; and then I spotted this product.I immediately ordered 10 packs, 300 strips in all. On the day they arrived, I waited until I heard a sound like a broken exhaust pipe, snook into the bedroom and stuck one across the bridge of his nose. He rolled over, scratched his bottom, and started snoring again. I stuck another one on, and immediately noticed a small reduction in noise level. 'Aha' I thought, and stuck a few more on; the noise lessened with each strip I applied. I ran out of space on his nose and was soon sticking them across his nostrils and then over his mouth. When I had used all three hundred strips he was finally silent and I had my best nights sleep in years. That was three weeks ago and he hasn't kept me awake at all, in fact, he hasn't moved from his bed or made a single sound. He is also starting to smell.

Although they didn't stop me snoring, they do keep the nasal passage open which makes it easier to breathe. My snoring obviously isn't because of a blocked nose. I use them anyway simply because it feels so much better. They have all stayed on throughout the night too.

These are awesome, even though it costs a lot to use these every night (pity they're not a prescription item in the UK). If you use CPAP then I would highly recommend these with CPAP, as cheaper ones will not usually stay in place all night due to the CPAP air and humidification. Even with CPAP it is crucial our airways remain open as much as possible for CPAP comfort (I run the Hope2Sleep website providing support and comfort accessories for Sleep Apnoea sufferers and am posting this review to help my fellow Sleep Apnoea sufferers!).**UPDATE MARCH 2015** I have recently changed to the newer 'Breathe Right EXTRA Nasal Strips' and for me they are even better for people who need even more expansion for their nasal passages! Great for snorers, I highly recommend them. Ordered these as I wanted some sensitive ones but a box of regular ones arrived. Will still use them. Skin where nose meets cheek is being damaged by the regular nasal strips, so I will still try to get hold of sensitive ones. If the photo had shown regular box (tan coloured) I wouldn't have picked them after the sensitive ones.

These were a complete waste of time. I followed the instructions but could not make them stick. At one point I though I had succeeded but then it started to lift. They are now in the bin

Great for helping you to breathe more easily in bed. Not quite a sticky as I would like and sometimes a little difficult to get in right place across the nose.

The best anti snoring patches on the market. Lots of analogue products, but these are the best combination of comfort, size and anti snoring effect for me.

A volte, se si suda la notte, si staccano da soli (in parte). ma comunque meglio di quelli normali che la mattina si fa fatica a staccare e rimane il segno sul naso.

It is a long time I am using these nasal strips and am quite addicted to them. They have changed the quality of my sleep and therefore quality of my life drastically. Among all sizes and different shapes of strips with the same brand I find this one the best. It is not too long, not too short, not too wide, not too narrow, sticky enough to keep it on my nose the whole night but not too sticky yo have problems cleaning skin in the morning. It needs nose to be completely clean and dry, so no moisturizer or cosmetics underneath otherwise it will not stick well.I ordered these strips the last week and received them yesterday that was days before the earliest expected delivery date. I only wish I had ordered more than three boxes because when I got them they were a lot less expensive than what they are now (I got each box for sixteen bucks and not tax or shipping was added). The only problem with this product and brand in general is that it is quite pricy. Each strip is on the average between 55 and 75 cents that, I think, is a lot.
