This is without a doubt the best topical 'pain' reliever for Migraines and also headaches
I started getting Migraines (1-3 a week) out of the blue, over the counter medicine didn't do anything and prescribed drugs carried too many side effects (Sleep walking, rebound headaches etc). I had noticed pure peppermint oil helped very slightly to relieve some discomfort so I decided to look into more specialised creams and oils. This is without a doubt the best topical 'pain' reliever for Migraines and also headaches. A very calming scent and I found it worked best when applied fairly generously, from the temples and massaged upwards. Obviously it didn't cure the Migraine but it did allow me to relax more easily, mitigate some pain and actually sleep a little.Luckily I was able to eliminate my migraines with a very timely break up, but I would always keep a tin of this in the medicine cabinet just in case.If you suffer with Migraines you owe it to yourself to try this.

can’t live without
have suffered migraines for years now, so happy I stumbled across this. It has been a game changer for me, works much better than pills and injections ever have. Have it on subscribe and save as it works so great for me. Doesn’t take the whole problem away but does supply relief

Better than 4head
I get headaches a lot and don't like taking pills if it can be avoided. This balm is, in my opinion, better than 4-head, because it's less astringent on the skin and can be used for massaging the neck and head. The menthol is a bit overpowering, but there are other oils like lavender and sandalwood which work towards relaxation. My only issue is that the tin can be a little tricky to open if you have dodgy hands, and that can be made worse if some of the oil gets on the outside of the tin.I may try their sleep balm at some point too.

handy thing to have in emergencies
Bought this as an alternative to tablets and the more expensive 4head. Firstly, this differs from 4head in that you apply it to your temples and pulse points - massaging it helps to relieve the headache. The smell is menthol, which I found quite soothing. It will, in my opinion, work on most headaches but if you suffer from migraines I wouldn't hold out much hope of this product helping you. It's a handy little thing to have in your bag, a little goes a long way - don't slaver it on.Would I buy it again? Yes I think I would, it works just as well as the more expensive brands.Would I recommend it? Yes, for regular headaches, for migraines I think more specialised treatment would be needed.

Small pot
This came in a small pot so it’s easy to put in your pocket. Does not work very well .

I struggled to open the lid
It’s ok if you can get the lid off, a bit oily when rubbed into skin, but I think there are better products out there like tiger balm. At least it’s not plastic.

Gift for a friend and she’s delighted
Brilliant product, got it as a gift for a friend who suffers from bad headaches. She said it helps her relieve the pain. Prompt delivery and no P&P make it even better :)

A Big Fan!!
I initially got this as a gift and I loved it so much that I now buy it on Amazon whenever I run out (which takes probably about a year/and a half and I use it most days?)I use it before bed and I find it really refreshing, I have a much better night's sleep with it. It's sort of menthol/eucalyptus scented. I will say, it's tingly, a bit like an intense version of Carmex lip balm.I love this stuff!
