Where do you begin to open this barbed wire as its so tightly wrapped from the centre or outside cant find the beginning?

The roll is bound by non-barbed wire and it has to be cut and removed first. Thereafter the outside end of the roll can be carefully unpiocked. The nature of the product means that all you do has to be done with the utmost caution and working gloves are advisable.

would the green blade wire stop foxes getting over my 6ft fences. They are ruining my garden and fouling outside my kitchen window and back door.

Well it stops the cats!! As long as you make sure that you weave the wire back and forward making almost a wall of wire it keeps the cats out!!

Do you need pro mission to put this on you garden fence and wall and bot get in to trouble

I'm not sure but I think so. Certainly some local Authorities prohibit the use of barbed wire/razor wire on fences that can be accessed by the public or abut public property.

when you put this up do you just wrap it around the barbed wire brackets or do you have to clip it to bracket or secure it to brackets with wire.
