Nice bar, I installed it on a beam in my basement and it works great. I noticed in an earlier review that someone recommended using washers with the metal screws and bolts which I did and I highly suggest you do the same. I used an impact drill to lag the bolts into the beam then tightened them down with a socket set. Very sturdy and relatively easy to install, the hardest part was balancing the level while screwing it into the beam.

Easy to put together. I remember reading a few reviews about it moving. I mounted mine and it doesn’t move at all. It feels very secure and doesn’t seem to have an issue with 190lbs. Size if perfect compared to some on Amazon being really wide for I guess people who have freakish wingspans. Haven’t tried to max this thing out but it seems it could handle a lot of weight. I would recommend this as long as you mount it correctly.

Once assembled, the bar seems very sturdy. I used the included wood screws to attach it to a joist in my garage which only took a few minutes. It feels solid and I find it easy to use.

Honestly am surprised by the quality for the weight of the product itself and the price! Very sturdy and solid. Easy to assemble and mount, but make sure you use a leveler and another set of hands while you mark the holes might help; if you see my photo yes that’s why lol. Great for your home gym or just to have in your kitchen to improve your pull up strength in between cooking and other tasks.

Very happy with this pull-up bar. Sturdy with multiple hand positions. Easy to assemble and mount to the floor joist in our basement gym area. Has no movement or play and feels very solid when hanging/pulling. Highly recommend.

Well designed. Easy to install. After two weeks of use it is a game changer. Back and grip have improved.

There is no reason this bar should be a three piece. The slots weren’t drilled correctly and the entire thing now bends in the middle (mind you I’m 145 lbs). It’s a shame as otherwise it would’ve been a good product, but they needed to fit it in a shorter box, I assume to save money.

Just put it up and seems very good and steady. Very happy with the purchase and price is very reasonable.

De bar is is niet stevig. Zakt in elkaar als je er aan gaat hangen. Ook zijn de schroefkoppen te klein waardoor het bij de ophangpunten heel makkelijk los kan scheuren. Dit heb ik opgelost met losse stalen ringetjes.
