This is someone re-selling a miniature free sample....
Not clear that this is the FREE SAMPLE SIZE. Like, the size of the eraser of your pencil. Absolutely no need to pay for this when you can get it for free. Assuming this is someone just reselling free samples online. Technically not a scam but certainly feels like one.

Perfume was rancid
The product had spoiled. The perfume smelt rancid. They would not accept returns so I’m going to throw it away
