I measured my thigh like suggested and got the proper size according to the chart (the XL), but it was still too tight that it kept rolling down. So if you’re in the upper half inch of a size, I would size up.Even with the rolling issue, the minute the brace was in place it helped stabilize my hyper mobile knee wonderfully.I wish they offered more sizes, because it could have really helped. Unfortunately the rolling made it too uncomfortable to use for long.

The knee sleeve is pretty good. It fits well and is tight. So far so good.

I bought it for my brother who was having some knee pain and swelling. It was hurting him throughout the day. He likes this and says it fits well and is comfortable! He's about 6'1 and average weight/build. He said it is comfortable and has been helping so far.

I ordered this to see if it would help with my knee pain that I get during and after my weekly horseback rides. This brace stayed in place well for the ride and was not too bulky under my jeans. I'm not sure how much the side stiffening rods helped in this particular application but they were flexible and flat enough to not cause any soreness or issues even with that part of the brace pressed against the horse. I do really like the patella support ring, I have another brace without patella support and I think it makes a noticeable difference. Overall, this brace worked well for the purpose I ordered it for.

This is a comfortable knee brace. The material is soft and the upper and lower rims are not too tight. Based on the size ranges as they described them, I ordered a large rather than a medium, which is what I usually get. At first I thought it might be a little looser than I would have liked, but in a few minutes I realized that the stiff inserts on either side of the knee were giving me plenty of support and the looseness I was feeling was only comfort rather than discomfort. It doesn't have to hurt to help. But do pay attention to the ranges they specify for their sizes. They run a little smaller than I am used to and my size fell at the lower end of large rather than at the upper end of medium.

Like the first one so much, we purchased another to use for both knees at once:I could have probably gone with the XXL model, as the XL is a little tight on my giant thighs, but then again: its holding in my knee cap nicely - The patella support is perfect, in a nice circle, and there are some stiffening rods (flexible, but still reasonably stiff) that run down the sides to help keep you aware of how you are bending your kneeI have to say that after just a day of wearing this, my knee is starting to feel better - after going 3 weeks on a wrenched patella in a mountain bike accident.Great product...just make sure you size correctly, as there are no ways to adjust the fit -it simply slides on like a tight tube

This was ordered in a medium size and fits very well. It was easy to put on and the silicone along the edges help keep it on my leg and its form. It does take a little bit to get used to, especially where the rounded gel area for your knee is concerned. After a while, it did it stopped feeling weird, felt very nice and helped me keep mobility. I don't require the usage of a knee brace often but when you need it, this one works.
