The whole bench has a weight capacity of 700 lbs. What is the max you can bench press and mil. press on this? Or the max weight for each section?

I think that 700 pounds total is a bit high, as both sections are held in place by a pin going into one side of the tubing and not both sides. I would say that it is for lighter weights up to 300-350 pound maximum.

one picture says the back rest measures 30.3 inches but another picture says it measures 28.9 inches. which is it?

Hello, sorry to confuse you, it is 28.9 inches, we have updated the photo to Amazon, different modules on Amazon have different synchronization update times. We will push Amazon to update the photo asap. Sorry to confuse you, any further questions please keep me know support@jorotofitness.com , have a good day!

Does this bench work well for decline sit ups?

Yes, you can adjust the upper half of the bench at a decline and use the ankle attachments if necessary. I this is a great piece of equipment for a home gym. I really like the versatility of this machine and how compact it becomes.

Does it wobble when doing exercises that require you to stand on it?

Hello dear, thank you so much for your attention on JOROTO, from the question, I guess that maybe you mean the workouts for the lower body, if yes, it can support such kinds of exercises. The weight capacity of the bench is 700 pounds, and together with the thicked stabilizers and the 4 anti-slip end covers, please do not worry, it will not wobble. Any further confusions you can also contact us via email: support@jorotofitness.com, thank you so much!
