Yamaha P45 Digital 88 Weighted Key Stage Piano Deluxe Package (P-45 P 45)

I have just revised this upwards because whilst my wife understandably gave a 1 star review, we have since been given 5 star customer service by Kerwin at the warehouse who has been completely brilliant and has done everything in his power to remedy the situation (he also assured us that they would have arranged to collect the faulty product despite the automated system's response). I was ready to give up before his intervention, I must admit. As it happens - the replacement also has minor issues with two keys. We are confident that Fair Deal Music will come to the rescue again - it certainly isn't their personal failing - although I am now worried to have had similar problems twice in a row. I'm willing to give it another go (1) for my wife who has been dying to get this for me, and (2) because we do actually love the product and think it is quite impressive notwithstanding the aforesaid. 4 stars for top draw customer service in the face of these issues and 5 stars to follow if the final replacement works as it should!Original post:Faulty key and had to lug huge packages back to post office to return!

Although the keyboard is good, I don't recommend the other items that come with it. The stand has poor quality and don't get stable when the keyboard is on it. The return cost doesn't worth the price, so I had to keep it. Not happy though.

Aces,I spent an unnecessary time online researching what piano to get.This one had a lot of good reviews.Bargain too with all the stuff that comes with it from the seller. Unfortunately the earphones broke to, but tbh you buy it for the Piano. The earphones I will probably write to the seller in the hope I could get a replacement but the piano is what I'm reviewing here and its awesome.Edit:I contacted the seller, i mentioned i wasnt too fussed about the headphones but theyre so good they just sent a new pair.Awesome chaps, highly recommend.

The sound quality is just like of any other piano. The seat is comfy and the foot pedal works really well. Would definitely recommend. Even to professionals who need a portable piano.

Fine if you do not have to return yours because a single key gets jammed - not one single complaint with the replacement
