Exo TerraCanopy Combo Dish, Brown

Pro- Overall, the look of this product is what was expected. Looked just like the photos. Nice and natural looking so would fit nice in a natural enclosure.Pro- Its fairly light weight, and fits perfectly in a 12×12×18 (30×30×45) exo terra for a baby gecko.Its not the largest feeding/water ledge. I would only reccomened using this for a small/baby Aboreal gecko or reptile. I would not recommend for a heavy gecko- without extra support underneath it atleast.On the back of the ledge there is a sticky back, which the ledge fits onto. This lasted me about a year, then the sticky back snapped. Meaning I could no longer have it on the glass as a wall mounted ledge.cons- I noticed after a few days that the colour ran and faded when I had water in the water dish. It made the water very muddy looking. And every time I cleaned it, it lost more colour unforchantly. The little rocky surface in the water bowl section lost colour the quickest for me.A good short time item for a baby gecko 😊

I love this dish so much I am getting a second for my geckos upgrade viv so he has different levels and choices. I have not had ANY issues with it falling off even once. I think u need to make sure the glass is cleaned thoroughly and dried plus hold the pad firmly in place for a few seconds. I left the dish off while I finished off the decor to give the pad a chance to adhere to the glass before putting the weight of the dish on. Easy to clean, perfect size and looks great!

After reading the reviews of this canopy falling off, I was REALLY sceptical about whether to buy it or not. I was however desperate for a canopy as I was going to get my Crestie with in the week so decided to buy it and give it a go.To my relief and delight it works brilliantly, 4 months on and it's still going strong!I've put it half way up on the left of my tank (just in case) and my little male gecko loves it. There are two different sized holes/gap on the top. I put the food in a (cleaned) milk cap on the right, to make life easier when replenishing the food and I put water in the other to help with humidity and to offer a drink between misting.May I stress that you thoroughly clean the surface you are going to stick it to before, even if its a new tank, other wise the pad won't stick. Also hold it on firmly for at least 2mins, just to make sure it's really stuck on there (I mean that in the least patronising way I can, just giving some tips)In the future I will be buying a magnetic canopy (just to make life easier with moving and cleaning it, as once that pad is on, it's on!) but I really do recommend this to anyone who is looking for a feeding ledge for their arboreal lizards, whether for a permanent or a temporary fixture, I cannot fault this product.

My baby seems to love sleeping in it, easy to install but Im a bit worried that it will fall at some point due to it being adhesive and not magnetic, as adhesives work poorly in humid environments! I will glue a magnet to it, as the dish itself is a good size.

Great size. Decent value for money. Easy to install just manufacture error with hole in water bowl. Hopefully replacement is perfect.

It’s alright, does it’s job but the paint wears off when you wash it. I’ve used mine 6 times now and the paint is worn away.

Nice little dish from exo terra meaning that it will fit in with near enough each and every decor piece from exo terra backgrounds water dishes, hids and so on, been in the tank for about a fortnight and unlike other feeding shelves ive not had to re-stick it to the glass the next morning (sticky pad guys is in the base of the box before you think you've been jacked) with the way this has been designed it is super easy to take out of the tank for cleaning and what ever else while leaving the sticky pad left in position meaning its not losing that stick with constant moving, while this dish isn't massive it is plenty big enough for smaller lizards like crest geckos with the little cut out that fits the little jelly pots in perfect, and a little water next to it or just big enough to place a tasty treat in for your bigger scaly friend.
