Yes it is...its a lovely spray and suitable to use when the weathers hot e g on holiday abroad when the sun hits your head

Does the pump stay depressed in them all or is it just mine that is faulty?

Well I have been using mine for a while and realised that after the fist pump, it stays depressed but when you try pumping for a second time, it comes out and allows you to pump again. It's not caused at of problems though as I can still use it comfortably.

What’s the difference between this and normal Moroccan oil? Do you use both ? Thanks.

This product is a product to finish, that give shine and smoothness to the hair; in the other side, the Treatment is usefull for hair and scalp giving a deeper nouraising to the hair.
