Does the Power Cable connect the right hand side?

The power connects at the back, and assumes the cable comes through the duct, into which the fan blows the air. If you use he timer version, it will need independent power from the lighting, otherwise it goes on and off with the light and cannot "overrun" using the timer.

What is the depth of the spigot?

As far as I remember the spigot is about four inches deep

Need to know please where the electrical connectors for the fan are, as you face the fan on wall are they left right bottom or top inside casing
