## Description

Powerful 19 l/s airflow with 9.4W motor and silent iris backdraught shutter that automatically closes, keeping your bathroom warm and reducing energy costs.

Review: The only thing is you have to buy the timer module. Ok if you just want to turn it on and off - The Airflow iCON 15 is a fantastic upgrade over standard extractor fans. It looks incredibly smart with its unique, low-profile circular design. The best feature is the iris shutter it's like Stargare :D it opens and closes quietly like a camera lens and, critically, stops all cold backdraughts. My bathroom is warmer and there's no more rattling! It's whisper quiet but still incredibly effective at clearing steam quickly. I added the optional humidity module, and the automated operation is flawless. Yes, it's a bit more expensive, but the quality, silence, and brilliant anti-draught function make it 100% worth the investment. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a premium, effective, and quiet bathroom fan.
Review: Brilliant - Really tidy little extractor fan. Easy to fit, looks miles better than the usual bulky square ones, and it moves a good amount of air for a small bathroom. The iris shutter is a nice touch too — no draughts coming back in. Quiet enough not to be annoying and does the job well.

## Features

- Backdraughts & Outside Noise Blowing Back In? The iCON 15's Iris Shutter Seals It – Unlike louvred fans that allow backdraughts and outside noise when off, the iCON 15's unique iris shutter closes automatically like a camera lens, forming a seal — no backdraughts, no outside noise ingress when the fan is off. Note: the iris takes up to 2 minutes to fully open after the fan starts — this is normal and by design.
- Quiet Ventilation – 28.8 dB, 19 l/s Air Flow, Just 9.4W – The iCON 15 operates at 28.8 dB (measured at 3m) — noticeably quieter than standard louvred extractor fans at the same 19 l/s (69 m³/h) flow rate, while consuming just 9.4W. Delivers the ventilation levels required by UK Building Regulations Part F. Ideal for bathrooms, en-suites, shower rooms and WCs.
- Upgrade Any Time — Add Timer, Humidity Sensor, PIR or Pull Cord Without Replacing the Fan – Supplied ready to run from a light switch. Snap in an optional iCON control module under the twist-off cover to add a run-on timer, humidity sensor, motion sensor or pull cord — no special tools needed. Modules are sold separately and compatible with all iCON 230V control modules.
- Simple Recessed Fit – 110mm Core Drill, Wall or Ceiling, No Squaring Up – A single 110mm core-drilled hole is all it takes. The circular design means no squaring up and minimal tiling disruption. Cantilever fixing lugs handle uneven surfaces; twist-off cover gives easy access for wiring and module fitting. IPX4 rated, safe for bathroom zones 1 & 2. Note: if replacing a square extractor fan, the circular flange will not cover old square fixing holes — minor filling may be required.
- 7 Coloured Cover Options | 3-Year Warranty | British Brand Since 1955 – Available in white, silver, chrome, anthracite and navy blue and more — interchangeable covers let you update the look without replacing the fan. Wipe-clean cover and tiling-friendly circular flange keep maintenance minimal. Backed by Airflow's 3-year warranty and over 70 years of UK ventilation engineering.

A: Always isolate the fan from the power supply first.

**Q: What should I do if my iCON fan iris isn’t opening or closing properly?**
A: If your iCON fan iris isn’t working properly, turn off the power and remove the cover. Power it on for two minutes, then turn it off for two more minutes. Refit the cover, restore power, and test the fan.

**Q: What if I buy the fan without a control module?**
A: Without a control module, the fan works as a basic unit with light switch activation. For features like timer, humidity, or motion sensor, a separate control module is required which is available for purchase separately.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very good fan as long as its set up correctly
*by V***S on 23 June 2020*

I bought this fan and the humidity module for a small shower room with an existing 100mm hole where the previous fan was installed in October 2019. I chose it because of the size, capacity and the shutter which meant no annoying flappy external shutter. Also I could use my own external heritage terminal. Instalation was easy but care needs to be taken to keep it flat so that the shutter operates correctly. I had some real issues setting up the humidity stat and was just about to contact the company when I read about resetting it and then that it needs time to settle when adjusted. So instead of tweaking it often to try and get it to operate as I wanted I adjusted the humidity and then left it for a few days to settle. Hey presto it worked and now operating correctly every time. Comes on within minutes of starting the shower. Not the quietest but more than acceptable. Would recommend it and would buy it again
