Wonderful almond flavor with zero chemical/preservative after taste. Came in a resealable container with a long expiration date. I will definitely buy this again.

I was looking for a delicious almond paste to make cookies for my friend who cannot tolerate gluten. This almond paste was one of several that I looked at before buying, and the only one I found that was gluten free. It was delicious and baked well into almond flour cookies, giving them a rich almond flavoring. My friend was very appreciative! Even those of us who tolerate gluten loved the flavors and texture of this paste. I will definitely purchase it again in the future. It seemed expensive at first, but when I looked at almond paste in the supermarket, this was quite reasonable in comparison. Plus you get a good amount, so I can make these cookies again before my next purchase.

Needed a bit more almond flavor

when buying almond paste. It pays to notice the almond/sugar ratio. This paste has 64% almonds whereas other commercial paste brands have 33%. It tastes wonderful and performs well in all my recipes that call for almond paste. Unfortunately, they often sell out of this in the 1 pound tub around Christmas time so it pays to buy it early.

I use the almond paste to make Italian Almond Paste cookies. Once it is opened, I divide the large amount into 1 cup portions and wrap very tightly in ziplock bags . I store the 1 cup portions in a larger ziplock bag wrapped very tightly and keep it in the refrigerator. It keeps a long time. It is the best almond paste that I have used . It is much less expensive buying the large amount vs. buying small portions.

Wonderfully smooth and tasty Almond Paste. The quality was great and a lot nicer than others
