Excellent dimmer with smooth dimming function. Not a push on/off button which what I like. Full twist on and off and dimming as you'd expect.

Reasonable purchase but slightly smaller than back plate.

The product makes the light flicker, noisy and eventually turn off, and sometimes change intensity to bright.When I posted a complaint customer "support" reached out and asked for a video. How am I supposed to send them a video in 10mb showing an issue that sometimes happens in 15 seconds and sometimes takes 30 minutes? When I tried asking for an email to show them a higher resolution issue they said it was against policy and refused to help out. No resolution given and I am stuck with an absolutely trash product which belongs nowhere but the bin.Don't buy this, it's noisy to turn on, flickers and doesn't do anything.

Easy to connect and install but makes a buzzing noise and flickers on low light. Would probably recommend spending more for better quality. Disappointed, will replace at some point

Had a faulty switch at home so picked one that had the same dimensions and looked the same. It arrived as stated, was a reasonable price and I removed the faulty one and fitted it in 30 mins.Great, job done!
