Having used a full bottle at 1 per day I can honestly say I have not felt any quantifiable difference other than bright yellow urine.

High quality supplement
Got these in response to COVID-19 going about to strengthen my system, safe to say it has worked well with little to no negative effects. And my body feels better for it, might just keep regularly getting these now!

Great multivitamin
Purchased these for my father on a recommendation from a nutritionist as a good baseline multivitamin. Not been disappointed so far. These are now his preferred choice.
