How do you blow it up please?

Use a hand pump, foot pump or electric air pump. Every pump I've ever purchased has a variety of adaptors to fit different valves so just get a pump, or of course, you could always do it the old fashioned way and just blow it up using your own breath so, good luck with that!

How do you deflate it

I have an electric pump which has a deflator valve on the other end which sucks the air back out then it just flattens over a few minutes and folds away, hope this helps

How do I blow this up? I tried with my mouth and I tried with a balloon pump and neither worked.

There is usually a little valve inside the apature piece you have to either squeeze the apature near the ball to make a gap if blowing up by mouth or ensure the pump has a long enough nozzle to push past the valve. Hope this helps

How do you let out the air and what sound does it make when the air is coming out

Just take stopper out of the valve and squeeze ball to deflate. Housman really male a sound when air going out.
