i tried everything from tutorials online and from the manual and i cant focus to see a damned thig

Really not good, the 4mm lens was broken and missing its internals, almost impossible to focus , why isn't the finder scope built in to be aligned with main scope, try fiddling around to tighten screws whilst the whole thing is rocking about, cheap feel and cheap performance and no Q.C as broken parts, waste of money.
