Excellent dosage, Vitamin K is something which many of us can be deficient in especially if we have a poor gut and intestine. I'm using this as a treatment for osteoporosis and I am seeing decent recents after only 3 weeks use alongside Vitamin D3 5000UI and Krill Oil. My teeth feel stronger also!

I bought this to supplement the other kind of K2 in my AlgaeCal tablets. There are two kinds - MK7 and MK4. This supplement supplies the MK4, which is what I wanted.
