Are the photos printed in cmyk or rgb? Also, if you want to engrave the heart symbol how do you go about specifying that?

I belive it it rgb the picture comes out nice clear and vibrant but I only got to see the watch once as I sent it out to with my fiance for basic training but as for the heart symbol I put <3 on my description and to my pleasant surprise it came back as an actual heart stamp

When I went to order and to put my picture it told me to edit the picture but it didn’t show me. The text was on top of the picture. Will it come out?

Be cautious with your purchase.

I purchased this watch for my daughter’s boyfriend. My daughter died and he wanted a pocket watch with their picture. I ordered this watch, included the picture . I went to check out and it would not allow me to it wanted to know how I wanted it engraved . I put “None” and the watch came engraved with “None”. The company said it’s my error. “None” means not any. Picture was included but just paper and no covering to protect the picture. It’s made really cheap and I pretty much knew it would be because of cost.

Don't waste your money

We were very disappointed as this was a birthday present for an 80 year old. It is poorly made, and the picture is glued on, like a craft I could have done at home for way cheaper. We got it last minute so won't return but I'm embarrassed to gift it because it looks so cheap with a glued Pic. The engraving is nice but the fact the picture is poorly cut and glued ruined it for us.

Don’t buy from here

This was so poorly made. Thoughtless. The picture is all wrinkly. I had this made in remembrance of a friend’s mom and I’m embarrassed to even gift it. Nothing is covering the picture. I couldn’t literally done this myself. The engagement on the back isn’t italic or anything pretty. Just cheaply made.
