This is an amazing set and good value for money. I've paid more for epilators in the past and had only one epilator that did not do such a good job. This is quick, no need for going over and over the area. The results are close very quickly. The tweezers with the light on and mirror are such a good idea, and the small epilator thats battery powered for small areas is just as good as the plug in large one. I'm so glad I got this.

This product is not painless but hey, grit your teeth and remove your unwanted hair. The good news is there is hardly any redness and it does get easier. New growth is finer and longer lasting, it is excellent value for money, waxing is quite expensive, painful and leaves more redness.

I think this is good value. A little noisy but I think that's common.My friend recommended this and it's the first time I've used a Rotavator, err, I mean Epilator. Beware, it hurts! But only really the first time because you're getting every single hair. I love the little one which is useful for doing my old lady beard hairs and I've even managed to do my eyebrows with it but be very careful as you could easily end up eyebrowless. I also did my armpits which was jolly painful and even drew a little bit of blood BUT they look amazing and none of that horrible shave-itch. I'm a wimp so if I can do it....I've found the tweezers handy too, especially for getting splinters out of wriggling children. They like the light and it makes it easier to see.

The smaller battery powered one and the tweezers are worth it alone. The tweezers have light so you can see any odd little face hairs while you are plucking them - great idea. The small battery powered epilator is good for painful areas like armpits as only covers a small area so makes the experience less intense and more manageable.The main epilator is fine - probably not the best but no worse than more expensive ones I've had. I would say really less painful than my expensive Braun one as well so am pretty impressed. The price was much less painful too.

The Epilator was a Christmas present for my wife and she loves it. She has tried others in the past without the same success as the Philips HP6540 and she is very pleased with the results. She found it very comfortable and easy to use and from my point of view a very successful and pleasing present which we both appreciate.

Does not pull hair out from the root. Braun is superior. This just clips hair in the surface. The only thing I really like is the smaller epilator which is works quite well on the bikini line..

This is an excellent set - you do have to grit your teeth a little bit when doing more delicate areas (!) but fantastic results and it's really not that bad! I tend to mostly use the smaller epilator but the larger one is great for legs. I would definitely recommend it.

I've been debating getting an epilator for years. Did my research and took the plunge. Actually found it really easy to use. Went over and over same spots to achieve desired results and picked up most of the hair. Growing back the following day but I hope continued use will eventually reduce regrowth.Even tried bikini area, waiting to see if I get ingrown hairs. Will update if I doe.BTW my hair is coarse afro hair so I don't think all epilators will work for me.Only wish it had a carry case but I'll pick up a cheap one on ebay.

Ho scelto questo epilatore fidandomi dei molti commenti positivi e per questo ringrazio chi li ha scritti, poiché anch'io, dopo averlo provato, posso ritenermi più che soddisfatta. Dopo tanti anni di cerette fatte da varie estetiste, mi sono stancata di spendere sempre più soldi e per questo ho deciso di passare alla depilazione "fai da te", ma non avendo alcuna dimistichezza con le cere, ho deciso di provare il silk epil. Devo dire che in maniera molto pratica e semplice, sono riuscita a depilarmi gambe, ascelle e anche parti intime, grazie in particolare al piccolo epilatore a batterie, e sinceramente soffrendo un po' meno che con la ceretta, per un risultato complessivo ottimo e soddisfacente. Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, questo è il rumore, ma comunque sopportabilissimo...e poi diciamo la verità, dato l'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, ma chi se frega 😉

Ich habe das große Glück gehabt, diesen Epilierer zum reduzierten Preis von nur 38,99 € erwerben zu können. Zuerst hatte ich mir die Rezensionen der teureren Produkte angesehen. Doch da dort eben so viele Negativ Bewertungen zu lesen waren, wie bei diesem preiswerteren Epilierer, habe ich bei diesem Blitzangebot zugegriffen. Bis jetzt bin ich zufrieden mit dem Epilierer. Ich habe in den Bewertungen so viel über Schmerzen gelesen, daß ich bei der ersten Anwendung entsprechende Schmerzerwartungen hatte. Diese traten jedoch nicht ein. Ich weiß nicht, über welche Schmerzen andere Kunden hier berichten. Ich hatte vom ersten Tag an überhaupt gar keine Schmerzen bei der Nutzung dieses Epilierers. Es ist lediglich ein kleines Ziepen zu spüren. Doch dies sind für mich keine Schmerzen. Ich habe absolut keine Ahnung, was andere hier als Schmerzen empfinden und kann Interessenten nur raten, sich nicht von dem Schmerzempfinden anderer Kunden abhalten zu lassen, diesen Epilierer selbst auszuprobieren. Selbst an empfindlichen Hautstellen habe ich keine Schmerzen.Ansonsten finde ich das Ergebnis des Epilierens sehr zufriedenstellend. Endlich keine Rasierstoppeln mehr ! Mag sein, daß der Epilierer nicht jedes Haar erwischt oder daß ich eine Hautstelle mehrmals epilieren muß, um alle Haare zu erwischen, aber das ist für mich bei diesem reduzierten Preis okay. Ich habe nicht mehr erwartet, als das, was geliefert worden ist.Und was die Lautstärke angeht: Für mich ist auch sie okay. Ich finde sie nicht störend. Mag sein, daß es teurere Geräte gibt, die leiser sind, aber es ist ja auch immer die Frage, wieviel Geld man für solch ein Gerät investieren will.Wie gesagt: Für diesen reduzierten Preis bin ich mit beiden Geräten, dem Epilierer und Bikinitrimmer völlig zufrieden und kann nicht meckern.Sollte im Laufe der Zeit doch noch eine Reklamation auftreten, dann gewährt Philips 2 Jahre Hersteller-Garantie. Das Risiko, enttäuscht zu werden, ist bei diesem Preis nun wirklich sehr gering. Also nur Mut ! Ich gebe 5 Sterne für ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Siempre me he depilado con cera y la verdad es que ahora en verano, entre el calor, sudor, etc. se me hacía un proceso súper lento y engorroso. Además, me impacientaba tener que esperar a que el vello volviera a estar lo suficientemente largo como para poder pasar la cera de nuevo.Es la primera vez que he decidido darle una oportunidad a una máquina depiladora y la verdad es que no podría estar más contenta con el resultado. Arranca los pelos a partir de 3 mm y me deja las piernas muy suaves durante más tiempo incluso que con la cera.También quiero destacar lo útil y manejable que es la máquina pequeñita a pilas, para las zonas más sensibles o con curvas va de fábula.Acerca de las pinzas; la luz es un puntazo, ya que te hace ver hasta el pelito más pequeño e impercetible a simple vista... Lo malo es que las pinzas en sí no funcionan muy bien (cortan el vello más que arrancarlo).Pero en general, estoy muy contenta con la compra y la recomiendo al 100%!

Alors troisième commande chez Amazon et je ne suis pas déçue une fois de plus ! Déjà encore chapeau bat pour la livraison en temps et en heure, je tient à le souligner. En ce qui concerne l'épilateur j'ai pas put attendre et impatiente je l'ai testée desuite. J'ai ouvert mon coffret et tout les articles était bien présent, notice d'utilisation, et piles incluse ! Je le recommande d'une part car la pince à épiler et très pratique tout nouveau pour moi avec la lumière et le petit miroir intégré, pour le coup l'épilation sera plus facile. En ce qui concerne l’épilateur en lui même je dirais très correct il enlève les poils immédiatement, il fait bien son travail.De plus le fil est long donc fini les contraintes du style (être coller à la prise pour pouvoir s'épiler dut à la longueur minime du fil). Quand au second épilateur zone sensible je l'ai testé mais vite fait, mais comme le premier il est pratique est bien, très pratique également pour des déplacements divers. Bémol (car oui il y en a) dommage qu'il n'y est pas une pochette de rangement, cela aurait était bien plus pratique, mais bon à ce prix la et avec les trois produits intégré on fera pas les difficiles. Moi qui était réticente, je ne regrette pas mon achat. A voir maintenant s'il durera aussi longtemps que mon ancien épilateur, mais il n'y a pas de raison pour que ce soit le contraire.

Soy una mujer lobo y por tanto la depilación nunca ha sido agradable para mi, ni lo será. He tenido todo tipo de maquinas, que si la phillip que se mete debajo del agua, la otra con cositas que masajean para que no duela....siempre fue un momento temido el depilarme y me dolia muchisimo.Me compré esta maquina porque encontre un articulo donde la chica decía que esta maquina no dolia. Yo me reí y pensé: seguro que no es verdad, pero estoy harta de gastarme más de 100euros en máquinas que duelen porque dicen que no duelen, así que por 40 euros, vamos a darle una oportunidad, que además viene con pinzas con luz y la minidepiladora para las ingles (que nunca la voy a usar porque hay si que duele y es a NO'NO).....-Duele?: SI.-Duele mucho menos que lo que me dolía depilarme con las de 100euros?: Duele muchisimo pero muchisimo muchisimo muchisimo menos. Es absolutamente fantástica!! Además coge el pelo muy bien, lo puedes dejar hasta largo y sigue doliendo muy poco, es una maravilla!!! Y las ingles??? Por primera vez en mi vida soy capaz de hacérmelas en casa con mínimo dolor, la máquina pequeñita es otra maravilla!!! Al final las pinzas con luz es a lo que no le doy apenas uso porque son un poco engorrosas de manejar.Si lo pasais mal depilandoos esta maquina es vuestra solucion, en serio probadla porque además yo antes tardaba cerca de 1h en quitarme todos los pelitos....y con esta tardo unos 10-15 minutos por pierna.Solo 2 puntos malos y por ello 4 estrellas:el cabezal se calienta un poco, y cuando se calienta duele más. Así que lo que hago es que me hago una pierna primero, lo dejo enfriar un rato, y me hago la otra pierna. Funciona mucho mejor, y duele mucho menos, si vas por lineas rectas tomandote tu tiempo(sin ir muy deprisa) que haciendo varias pasadas muy rápidas.El otro punto negativo es que tiene 2 potencias: la normal y la superrapida. La normal funciona de escándalo, una maravilla. La superrapida solo la usé una vez y no he vuelto a usarla, porque es tan rápida que hace heridas en la piel. Si yo fuera el fabricante le dejaría la normal como rápida y pondría otra fase pero más lenta, y quitaria la superrapida porque hace daño.Espero que os ayude la review! Paz y amor!!
