Dual Channel TENS Unit Muscle Stimulator Machine with 20 Modes, 2" and 2"x4" TENS Unit Electrode Pads

For the amazing price, the small size unit packs, a lot of zing to an area to help with pain and circulation. Had bursitis in my hip, and after 3 to 41 hour sessions, painted the hip is greatly reduced. I did not think these little devices could work. This $33 device is somewhat comparable to an H wave that cost $3000 more. It would be hard for me to rate an H wave being $3000 worth more than this device at one percent of its cost. Since it’s small and portable, I plan on using it for lower back pain when I need to travel in a car. I think it’s gonna help out quite a bit for trips longer than 2030 minutes that cause excruciating pain to my lower back.

I have had this unit since 2019 and still works great. I like that it only has 2 ports and I love it. I have cervical rediculapathy, veinous insuffientcy , bad knees, and carpol tunnel. It has helped dull the pain with all of them. And when I first got C.R. I used when going out to doctor visits other wise (even with heavy meds) I was still in pain . This has been a life savor. The fact that you can walk around with it is a game changer. I had other very expensive devices with wires coming out all over and had to be home to use. Every time I had a new problem it has helped so much. Even if you have small issues I recommend that you buy this. The only thing you will need is more tens patches. When I went through withdrawals from pain meds it also blocked the pain and nerve issues from withdrawals. I did have to turn up extremely high to get through it but it saved my life.

I've been using this AUVON TENS unit for about 3 years, and honestly, this has become one of my favorite things to keep around. I originally bought it to help with discomfort in my bicep after surgery, and it worked so well that I kept using it whenever I have muscle soreness or discomfort in different areas. This machine works. Use it with ice and heat. 🔥 This little thing gets the job done! 🔥 The 20 different modes, dual channels, and multiple pad sizes give me plenty of options depending on where I need to use it. I can adjust the intensity and find a setting that feels right for me. The larger pads are especially useful for bigger muscle areas. What really impressed me is the longevity. After three years of regular use, mine is still going strong. No complicated setup, easy controls, and it's small enough to keep in a drawer or take with me. Whenever I'm having muscle discomfort, this is one of the first things I reach for. It has become a regular part of my routine, and I've definitely gotten my money's worth out of it. 💯 3 years of use + still working great = that's a WIN in my book! I would absolutely buy this again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a TENS unit. This little machine has earned its permanent spot in my house!

Sorry for the long review and rambling, but this tens unit has caused a lot of confusion, and me being a curious little Hobbit, I can't *not* say it all. I cannot figure this thing out for the life of me. I've read the instructions so many times. I've had 2 of the other 6 setting cheaper ones of the same brand where you can't control the different sides (A+B), and I didn't even need instructions to figure that one out. On the instructions for pad placements, some pads are shaded. There's no indication on what that means, but chiropractor told me to crisscross them and I'm guessing shaded pads on the diagram are from one wire. The cheaper one was soooo easy to understand, but this one, not so much. I took pictures of how he had the professional one in the office on my back when I saw him 18 months ago then bought one for at home. He explained how to do it myself in detail so my dumb blondeness wouldn't cause more damage or injury to my already wrecked back. I'm 36 and I'm too young to hurt like this *sigh* BAD car accident. These instructions seem to be backwards on some of the placements from what my dude said. He's been a chiropractor and owned this office for like 20 years so I trust him more than this booklet. I think I might just do it how I was taught since I have no idea what the mode numbers mean... they don't really point to anything specific. What does the 1 and 2 mean? No specific instructions. Maybe like on mode 3/4, the "1" means 3 and the "2" means 4? Are A and B supposed to be on the same 1 and 2 of each mode, or the opposite? Does A and B have to be on the same mode if they're in the same spot, like my lower back? As in, putting A on mode 4 and B on mode 13? This modeI, the instructions should be more detailed since the others are so easy, this one has way more buttons and SO many settings. It works a lot stronger (maybe DEEPER is the word I'm thinking) with the modes which are the same as my old one, that's for sure, but the pain was gone in 30 minutes with the other one and with this unit it seems to take longer for pain to subside. I might try an ice pack and thin towel on top like the chiro does in office, he recommend that for my home use too. I wish I wouldn't have accidentally ordered two of them, but for the price it's okay. My best friend has more pain than I do, everywhere, so early Christmas I suppose? I'm too lazy to return it and I love her face. I might update my review with her thoughts when she uses it. The battery lasted FOREVER without charging on my last one, hopefully this is the same. I'm really irritated that this one is a micro USB charger, my others from this brand are type C. Pads are more sticky than the replacements I bought for the other unit. Overall, I'm happy with it. I got it on Prime day deals for $23, I anxiously waited for it to go on sale for months. I'm definitely taking it with me to the chiro for an adjustment in the next few days so I can get advice from the man who knows all the things and the stuffs. For now, I'll stick to my old one so I know what I'm doing.

These devices are a life saver! Compact, can be carried in your pocket, love the different programs and intensity settings, just go ahead and buy it already. Great for back issues, muscle spasms, knees and sciatica. I keep one at home and one at work.

Add lower back flare-up recently to a repertoire of musculoskeletal issues, and I decided to get a TENS unit for home use. My chiro uses TENS in his physio therapy and it does wonders. This unit does not disappoint. There are many great videos with this product, well worth reviewing, esp. if you're like me and hate reading manuals. Very nice that so many people are sharing their knowledge and experiences! The manual, however, is a worthy read (Yes, I did read it :); p. 18 has a great pictorial list of all the areas the unit can target; p. 25 lists areas you should not use the unit which, to me, is a critical bit of info!; troubleshooting pp. 26-29; symbol list, p. 30. This little manual covers all of this and much more! All in all, the unit is actually very intuitive to use! Many modes to choose from, and once you decide, hold down the middle button inside the mode, timer and intensity button, to lock in your preferences. Holding this button down again will release the lock so you can make changes. A few things to note: - Set up your pads before turning on the unit, then turn off before taking off the pads. You cannot charge while the unit is in use. It will automatically shut down, a great safety feature. - Be sure your skin is clean and dry. This will prolong the life of your pads. - I found my tendency is to want to pull the pads off after use using the cord side, and this is a bad idea. Peel off from one of the opposite corners. The pads are very sticky the first use. Repeated use will eventually wear off the sticky gel backing, at which time you get a new pad. There is a plastic electric pads holder, a very nice accessory! Rather than put the pads back on the plastic, put them on this plastic holder, making sure the cord does not get under the pad. There is room to store 4 pads, front and back, or a long pad per side. This unit, unlike many others, comes with 4 large pads, a nice benefit for targeting large areas. Once you adhere the pads to the plastic holder after use, put the holder inside the plastic bag it came in. This will also prolong the life of the pads. - One nice accessory not always available, is a plug to charge using a wall socket. Easy enough to use the USB plug on your computer as well. - The unit is Not touch-screen. I prefer this! - Go slowly increasing the intensity as it can become intense quickly and cause pain if you are not used to higher levels of pulsation and massage. My first use, I only used one tick up! - I have not had the unit long enough for this, but apparently the unit holds about a 10hr charge, so it should last a good while before a charge is needed. The longest one sitting use is 60 minutes, starting with 10 minutes and settings up 10 mins at a time from there. - The unit is small, lightweight, and comes with a nice carrying pouch. This is beyond amazing. I've suffered with sciatica for years, and it gets worse every day. I could not even stand up without screaming in pain. I bought this TENS a month ago, but never used it. I finally tried it at level 6, and various modes, for 4 hours. I know the recommended time is 30 minutes, but I went for 4 hours because it felt so good. Right afterwards, I didn't notice any relief, but the next morning, when l got out of bed, I had Zero pain. All my Sciatica pain was gone. It's been 8 days since I used it, and about 10% of the pain is back. I think it's time for another treatment, maybe one hour this time. My doctor was encouraging me to get a surgery , where wires and a battery/monitor are implanted under my skin, in the buttocks area. But this $32 TENS is non-invasive, and a billion times better. I used 4 of the large sized electrodes, and there are no words to describe how fabulous the results are.

The sticking pads do not contain adequate adhesive gel. The booklet provided with instrument does not clearly mention the mode to be used for TENS.
