Not sure what to say about this as it's CoQ10 and so will do whatever it will in our bodies.I research wellness and health stuff and eat pretty healthily, take some obvious supplmentation, but in the last couple of years physical work and general stamina has been lacking.For some reason I had missed out on CoQ10 thinking it was one of these fancy supplements vendors want to sell us. A mention in an unrelated article caught my eye, so a bit of research told me it's imperative in the production of ATP.A few days after starting to take it I can honestly say my energy/stamina was transformed. It may not all be the CoQ10 - indeed some will be placebo, but in my world I'm not bothered.I'm 63 yrs old.For those who have to ask, this is the ubiquinone version of CoQ10.However, your body will sort out how much of each you need. I'll let the scientist argue about which is better for us, if either. Suppose like most things medical it depends on who is paying for the 'scientist's 'evidence'.I take the 300mg with a split 600mg every few days.

I stopped taking this 3 months ago and I noticed a big changed to my body...not in a good way.Started taking it again and within a couple of days I started to feel my old self again.Once you reach 40+ you need Coq10 because your body starts to produce less of it with age.I am not a doctor but read up on the benefits of this vitamin.This brand is good for me, but it very much depends on the individual, because one cap does not fit All.

Been using them for a while, good value for 3 months supply. Had a blood test recently, was very surprised that all was ok, better than my previous test, whether taking CoQ10 has made a difference, I think it has. I’ve used solgar but find them costly.

Always value for money, even if the price is increasing. I have used Kirkland products before and still do. I am very happy with the quality and the price is far more reasonable that English products. If I thought that the quality was inferior I wouldn't buy them. I do research everything that I buy.

Used Q10 for many years I feel under par if I don't take it.

Am taking this because i have a hip that aches. My mam has arthritis in the same place and has been taking this and told me her hip aches less. After a few months of taking it i would say my pain has reduced from 8/10 at worst to about 2/10 and sometimes i forget about it. It used to keep me awake at night. Am also trying not to cross my legs as this is probably what casued it.
