Great device and great support
We put this in a VW EOS 2009 it had initially an issue being always turning on, I am not expert installing radios but all you need to install is in the package. I reached support and they provided how to videos, we use car play feature and works great. Special thanks to Mia for her great follow up.

Broke after 1 month of use
Installed in my passat and after a month the screen completely turned black and flashes colors from time to time

Need WiFi for this unit to work
This unit does not work without internet.Even the GPS needs internet.All that you can use is radio** static is all i hear**. If you need this for just the radio then this is for you but if you are wanting GPS and more you will need internet at all tine for it to work.

Easy to install
So far so good! Received it today and got it connected by my self and it’s working. If anything changes I’ll update this.(:
