I had a white football top which had been next to some wet towels and left it with mould stains and I tried everything to get it out, but after leaving it with this soaking for ancouple of hours, thw stains are gone and the top is all white and clean.

I bought some of this stuff last year - the product itself is great (for getting stains out of washing, also used to clean the patio and pvc window frames, and 'environmentally safe') - so I thought I'd buy some more... Same product, same price... But the pot I received was a meagre 750g rather than the nice big 1.2kg pot I got for the same price last year (a hefty price rise, 60% more expensive by weight). It's my own fault for not reading the listing properly; theoretically I could return it but I bought it to use (plus am avoiding post offices at the moment) so basically wanted to make sure that others don't make the same mistake I did. Now even worse, currently showing as just 600g for £1 more than I paid for 1.2kg last year, so it's more than twice as expensive per gram as my order just one year ago! Just recommending that buyers be aware of quantities before buying...

This is great for removing stains without discolouring the item itself. I had a blouse I though Id never be able to wear again due to some stains that would not come out. Ive also used it to remove stains from a pillow soaking just the stained part without doing the whole thing. It also removed black mould from a makeup bag I had in the bathroom. Im now on my second purchase.

With a new-build house with a lawn laid on hard clay-filled soil that drained badly, I was suffering from a terrible moss problem that was spreading further and further across the garden and thinning out my grass. None of the gardening brands of 'moss killer' had any lasting effect at all.I eventually found several posts on the internet recommending Sodium Percarbonate to do the job - on lawns and also for removing mossy growth on roof tiles, so thought it worth a punt. I was amazed to see that within a few days there was literally no moss visible at all on the lawn. It's been a few weeks now and no sign of it returning, and the grass is coming back and filling the bare patches nicely.I genuinely didn't expect this product to work so much better than proprietary moss removal stuff, but it has worked wonders.I will also be trying it in the wash with my whites as apparently it is the same active ingredient as found in products like Vanish :)

I've only used it once on a garden umbrella. I tried putting it in a spray bottle but the powder did not dissolve. Worked somewhat but I need to do it again.

If you're planning to clean decking then don't buy this. Do a search online for Pure Sodium Percarbonate and buy lab grade. Its better, cheaper and you get more.Like many of the other low scored reviews here I was disappointed with the results of this product. I used it on my decking but it has not had the effect that Ive seen on YouTube videos. It makes me think that its a different type of product as the description says that its a Sodium Percarbonate BASED product. There's nothing to say that its 100% pure Sodium Percarbonate. I used most of the 600g up on just the hand rails alone using a large gardening spray bottle as used in the YT video's. I also left some on the rails as advised on the instructions which did brighten them in places but not the vertical surfaces. It would take 4 or more tubs to do the whole decking this way. Really disappointing.

It really does work! Just follow the instructions. You only need a small amount each time, so the tub will last for ages! I used it to clear a sink drain which was blocking up every few weeks. Expensive 'drain clean' liquids from the supermarket just didn't last very long. I've used this just once, and it's been four months so far, with no signs of any block returning. It's also great for cleaning the 30lit water barrels for chickens (the ones you can't get a brush into). All signs of green stuff removed from the innards of the tank, with no scrubbing required. Really glad I heard about this stuff!

Unfortunately, despite being dispatched almost immediately, the item didn't arrive on time and without a bit of creative thinking from the post man I would have been left without. Having used the product to clean the decking, it's not the magic wand I was hoping it to be, but it certainly lifted a significant amount of dirt and didn't discolour the wood. Recommended, however don't expect miracles!
